Graham Process Maps tell a story -- They tell the reader WHAT is going on; what items (forms, documents, databases,etc) are used and WHAT happens to each item. The symbols call attention to value-added work, non-value-added work, work inspections (controls), movement of work from one location to another and Delays (when nothing is happening).
