Game based on the legendary Disney movie of the same name that was developed by Virgin Interactive and published by Sega. The movie was made famous for it's characters, and the game for its breathtaking graphics, which still look amazing today.

There are many enemies and they can be taken down with one of two weapons. You can use a sword or apples to thwart your foes. The sword is the more powerful of the two but it has a limited range of attack, while the apples have less power but more range than the sword. Be careful though, your apple supply is limited, so you'll need to use them wisely. This adds an element of strategy to the game. You have to decide whether or not to use the more powerful weapon and risk injury, or use a lesser weapon and take longer to eliminate your foes. There aren't all that many bosses to fight, which is a bit odd for this type of game, but it fits the movie better. There is only one true antagonist in the movie, Jafar, and he's the only real boss in the game.

Jungle Book

The game is based on the 1968 "Disney Classic" of the same name.

Your job is to guide young Mowgli, the man-cub, through the dangers of the jungle, defeating some of Africa's vilest villains, leading up to, and including, the tiger, Sheer-Kahn. Guiding your way, pretty much on the sidelines, are Bagheera, Balou, a squad of young elephants as progress markers, and a more neutral elephantine Dawn Patrol. And let's not forget a healthy dose of none-to-friendly, coconut chuckin' monkeys!

This game is a standard movie adaption. It's a nice platform game (both horizontally and vertically scrolling). You get to play as Mowgli (of course), to shoot at, err, throw fruit at all kinds of critters, climb trees etc.

Watch Mowgli grow before you very eyes as he learns new tricks and journeys to exciting new levels of fun. Bagheera, Baloo, and all your favorite residents of Rudyard Kipling's book are on hand to help Mowgli on his journey. This side-scrolling adventure is filled with wonderful animation and backgrounds rendered in a pleasing color palate, along with some stunning pieces of full-motion video. Parents will be delighted to see that Mowgli's approach to solving a series of engaging puzzles is non-violent in nature: troublesome predators are knocked out of the way with pieces of jungle fruit. As Mowgli solves problems he'll earn skills that will take him deeper and deeper into the game, where he'll face some difficult yet not impossible to defeat foes.

Get lost in a world of adventure that includes 20 levels, hidden bonus features and levels, a password save feature, soundtrack music from the Disney film and animated tutorials at the start of each level.
