Tasks are assigned a priority, and can be marked completed when finished. Any uncompleted tasks continue to show up on your daily calendar. You are able to preview and print out calendars for the day, the week, and the month. Tasks and appointments can be scheduled to happen one time only, or be recurring events.

If you wish to import or export to other programs, you may do so with delimited text files. You determine the delimiter, format, and content of these files through a wizard-based import/export process. Amibook also imports your Windows(R) Address Book (so you no longer have to worry about worms and viruses using it to spread themselves), and other Amibook databases.
