MiraMail features include threading, grouping, shared access and security to help automate the process of communicating with your customers who can still communicate with you through the most easily understood and efficient means possible, email. A configurable auto-reply ensures that your customers will always get a prompt response to let them know you care. MiraMail is easy to learn so that your sales and support staff respond to customer emails using their favorite news client such as Outlook Express, Gravity or X-News. Messages are threaded and assigned a unique ID code so that all responses to customer emails along with any follow-up emails sent by the customer on the same incident will be contained within the same thread.
