Installing PDF2XL Enterprise will add a printer to your printer-list. When you want to extract data from a report or screen, simply print it to the Cogniview printer. You will see the report/screen in a "print preview" mode and all you have to do is mark the data you want to extract to your excel and press the Convert Button.

PDF2XL Enterprise combining the strengths of the IRIS professional OCR technology with PDF2XL's data conversion capabilities, has a unique user interface designed to minimize the user effort. All you have to do is locate the table, mark the data area for extraction with your mouse, look at the lower part of the screen at a preview area to verify that you got what you want, and convert the data to Excel or Word.
