At regular intervals, say each month end, the system can calculate the commission owed to you from each landlord for managing his properties. The system then automatically calculates payments due to landlords and will generate statements showing rents collected and commission charged for each property, with details of any disbursements. Tenant balances may optionally be included in the statement. You can also prepare individual income and expenditure accounts, balance sheet and VAT analysis for each landlord, as well as for your own Agency. Each managed property is linked to the landlord that owns it. Tenancy records hold details of the type of tenancy, its term and the tenants on it. Tenancy records can be retained on the system to maintain a history of previous tenants that have occupied the property.
