PLT Export for SolidWorks
$195 - SYCODE
PLT Export for SolidWorks is a HPGL Plot PLT file export add-in for SolidWorks®. This add-in gives SolidWorks the ability to export geometric data from a SolidWorks drawing document to a HPGL PLT file.
PLT Export for SolidWorks reads curve data from a SolidWorks drawing document and converts it into corresponding pen movements in a HPGL Plot file.
PLT Export for SolidWorks is very easy to use. Once installed, it automatically loads itself into SolidWorks and adds a new submenu called "PLTExport" to the SolidWorks menu.
The 'PLTExport' menu consists of the following commands:
# Export - Export objects to a PLT file
# Help - Display the PLT Export for SolidWorks help file
# Register - Register your copy of PLT Export for SolidWorks
# About - Display the PLT Export for SolidWorks About box
PLT Export for SolidWorks comes with detailed documentation for each command as well as a tutorial to get you started in the shortest possible time.
The PLT File Format
HPGL is the Hewlett-Packard Graphics Language designed for specifying 2D graphical information for the HP range of plotters. It was not intended as an interchange format but some software suppliers use it as such. HPGL is a command set embedded in the ROM of pen plotters to help reduce the work required by applications programmers to create plotted output. HPGL uses two-letter mnemonics as instructions for drawing lines, circles, text, and simple symbols. HPGL is the primary printer control language used by Hewlett-Packard plotters. It later became a standard for almost all plotters.

PLT Import for SolidWorks
$195 - SYCODE
PLT Import for SolidWorks is a HPGL Plot (.plt) file import add-in for SolidWorks®. This add-in gives SolidWorks the ability to import geometric data from PLT files.
PLT Import for SolidWorks reads pen movement data stored PLT files and imports it into SolidWorks. A HPGL PLT file is comprised of a set of instructions related to pen movements of HPGL plotters. PLT Import for SolidWorks reads these pen movement instructions and creates curve objects in a SolidWorks document. The curves can me created as a 3D Sketch in a part or assembly document or a 2D Sketch in a drawing document.
PLT Import for SolidWorks is very easy to use as it adds new commands to SolidWorks. It also adds a submenu to the SolidWorks menu called "PLTImport".
The 'PLTImport' submenu consists of the following commands:
# Import - Import a PLT file
# Help - Display the PLT Import for SolidWorks help file
# Register - Register your copy of PLT Import for SolidWorks
# About - Display the PLT Import for SolidWorks About box
PLT Import for SolidWorks comes with detailed documentation for each command as well as a tutorial to get you started in the shortest possible time.

MITCalc3D for SolidWorks
$79 - MITCalc
MITCalc is a multi-language set of mechanical, industrial and technical calculations for the day-to-day routines. It will
reliably, precisely, and most of all quickly guide customer through the design of components, the solution of a
technical problem, or a calculation of an engineering point without any significant need for expert knowledge.
MITCalc contains both design and check calculations of many common tasks, such as: spur and bevel gear, belt
and chain gear, bearings, beam, buckling, shaft, springs, bolt connection, shaft connection, tolerance analysis,
tolerances and many others. There are also many material, comparison, and decision tables, including a system for
the administration of resolved tasks. The calculations support both Imperial and Metric units and are processed
according to ANSI, ISO, DIN, BS, CSN and Japanese standards. It is an open system designed in Microsoft Excel
which allows not only easy user-defined modifications and user extensions without any programming skills, but also
mutual interconnection of the calculations, which is unique in the development of tailor-made complex calculations.
The sophisticated interaction with many 2D (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD) and
3D (SolidWorks) CAD systems allows the relevant drawing to be developed or 3D models to be inserted in a few
seconds. OEM licensing of selected calculations or the complete product is available as well.
